Before you contact us please note the following:
Try the link to the Citizens Advice "adviceguide" for practical, reliable, up-to-date information including frequently asked questions in English, Welsh, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, Urdu and Chinese on a wide range of topics and with its factsheets to download.
If you don't find an answer we are happy to try and deal with your enquiry by e-mail but if you do not live in the Malvern Hills District we would suggest you consider contacting your own local Citizens Advice Bureau.
We will try and respond to your enquiry as soon as possible and we aim to give a response within 5 days.
In order for us to help you, please try to give us as much information as possible, in particular where you live so that, if appropriate, we can direct your query to local organisations who may be able to offer help. Including your postcode in your email will also help us unless you wish to remain anonymous.
Please don't include attachments, because of the risk of virus transmission.
Confidentiality
We will keep all details of your enquiry entirely confidential. However, you should be aware that the Internet is not completely secure and that a record of the messages that you send and receive may be kept on the computer you are using, or on other computers on the Internet.
