Malvern Hills District CAB is a generalist advice service. Using the Citizens Advice service's unique information system we can give you free, confidential, impartial and independent advice and information on a wide range of subjects.
Our advice helps people resolve their debt, benefits, housing, legal, discrimination, employment, immigration, consumer and other problems and is available to everyone regardless of race, gender, sexuality, age, nationality, disability or religion.
If you have debts that you are struggling to manage, all our staff are trained to offer help and advice. It will help us if you bring any documents, bills, benefit letters etc. with you when you visit. Please visit us as soon as you think you have a problem, not when the bailiffs are on their way!

We are happy to try and deal with your enquiry by e-mail but if you do not live in the Malvern Hills District we would suggest you consider contacting your own local Citizens Advice Bureau.
We will try and respond to your enquiry as soon as possible and we aim to give a response within 5 days.
Please give us as much information as possible, in particular where you live so that, if appropriate, we can direct your query to local organisations who may be able to offer help. Including your postcode in your email will also help us unless you wish to remain anonymous.
Please don't include attachments, because of the risk of virus transmission.
